At Ward & Pink, we aim to prepare your orders carefully and deliver them as promptly as possible.
1. Delivery Charges Within Oman
The following charges apply:
- Home delivery: OMR 2.
- Delivery to an office or designated collection point: OMR 1.
- Specified remote areas, including Masirah, Mahout and Musandam: OMR 3.
- Free delivery on orders exceeding OMR 25.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Times Within Oman
- Most areas: 1–2 days.
- Specified remote areas: up to 3 days.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Delivery to GCC Countries
Delivery is available to selected GCC countries according to the destination and service availability.
GCC delivery charges start from OMR 5 and may vary according to shipment weight, destination and courier costs.
The available delivery cost will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges in the destination country. Customers are responsible for charges legally payable by them unless otherwise clearly stated.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after receipt and verification of their details. We may contact customers to confirm their phone number, address or delivery information.
5. Customer Delivery Information
Please ensure that your name, phone number, address and any directions needed by the courier are accurate.
If delivery fails because of incorrect information or the recipient’s unavailability, we may need to reschedule delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will follow up with the courier.
7. Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the products ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs where available.
We will review the situation and take appropriate action under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
