Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

Orders are subject to the delivery charges, estimated timeframes and service areas stated in our Shipping Policy.

Return and refund requests are governed by our published Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
We may decline returns of opened or used cosmetics solely due to a change of mind, subject to customers’ statutory rights in cases involving defects, non-conformity or other circumstances in which the law provides a right to return or refund.

Products must be used according to the instructions and warnings on the packaging or product page.
Please review the ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation or an unusual reaction occurs.
